Civil Engineering 262
Class Web Site
www.princeton.edu/~civ262/
(access to the site is unfortunately restricted to the princeton.edu domain)
Web site for a civil engineering course taught by Prof. David P. Billington. The site was designed by Nicolas Janberg while teaching assistant for the course for the spring semester of 1998. The course is separated into two sections -- "a" with precepts and "b" with laboratories -- which the site design mirrors in its structure.
The site includes a "Gallery of Structures" used by the students as a resource for learning the material as well as preparing their own papers. This part of the web site actually served as basis of "Structurae", another product by NJICS. Another specialty of the site is a sample lecture on "Structural Art" which is based on the typical juxtaposed slide lectures given by Prof. Billington.
